If you are interested in keeping fit but have limited time to do so, Flexercise offers the ideal solution. Women’s Circuit Training is a quick workout for WOMEN ONLY combining C.V. exercises with resistance exercises aimed at toning up and fat burning. The perfect class for gaining fitness, losing a few pounds and toning those problem areas.
The class takes place at Rugrats and Half Pints every Tuesday and starts at 7.30pm prompt. It costs just £5 on the door or you can purchase a monthly pass card for £15 which gets you entrance to 4 classes saving £5.
