About us

The West Oxfordshire Branch was formed in 1997 and is run by a main committee of volunteers who are supported by a network of fosterers and fundraisers. We are responsible for rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming stray, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in the West Oxfordshire area. We also offer assistance with neutering costs to people on low incomes. All monies received go directly towards helping the cats and kittens as all of our helpers are unpaid volunteers.

We are always happy to welcome new volunteers into the fold and there are plenty of ways to help, fostering cats, assisting with home checks, helping at fundraising events, answering the phone…. or maybe you like making cakes or jams or craft goods which we could sell at our events… For more information about current vacancies contact the Branch Coordinator on 07984 743444 or by email at coordinator@westoxoncats.org.uk
